Art has long been a part of Davina’s life. As a painter, she has enjoyed success selling her own work – an experience that deepens her understanding of process, materiality, and the emotional weight a piece can carry.

Her eye was also shaped by a foundation year at what was then Saint Martin’s School of Art, a degree and masters in History of Art, and early roles in galleries on London’s Dover Street. This combination of practice, study, and gallery experience informs the way she reads a space, understands visual rhythm, and curates work that feels both grounded and alive.

Davina’s approach to sourcing and advising is intuitive yet precise. She selects pieces that hold presence – works that speak to their setting, enrich the energy of a room, and deepen the story of their home. She draws on relationships with galleries, emerging artists, and independent makers, favouring art that feels collected rather than simply acquired.

Alongside her advisory work, Davina presents a rotating curated collection from The Old Rectory – a living showroom where each piece can be experienced in situ. Clients are invited to see how art shifts with natural light, interacts with scale, and settles into the rhythm of a real interior.

Her art practice is defined by this clarity and restraint: thoughtful choices, sensitive placement, and a belief that the right piece doesn’t just complement a home – it transforms it.
